When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase.

A binding agreement is formed when you receive an order confirmation via email.

We reserve the right to cancel an order in situations such as:

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT within the EU in accordance with applicable rules (including the Union OSS scheme).

Free standard shipping is offered unless otherwise stated at checkout.

For deliveries outside the EU (for example Norway), local taxes, import VAT or other charges may apply according to the regulations of the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that payment details are correct and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping, delivery and fulfilment

Gårdisto AB uses external logistics partners for warehousing, order fulfilment and distribution within the EU.

Orders may be shipped from warehouses located within the European Union.

Delivery time

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier handling times, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.

Transfer of risk

The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you when the goods are physically received by you or a person designated by you.

If you independently select a carrier not offered by us, the risk transfers when the goods are handed over to that carrier.

Retention of title

Goods remain the property of Gårdisto AB until full payment has been received.

External logistics providers

External logistics partners act solely as independent service providers. The purchase agreement is always concluded directly between you and Gårdisto AB.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

Right of withdrawal – 14 days (EU/EEA)

If you are a consumer within the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive the goods.

Returns

Returns must be sent to the address provided by Gårdisto after your withdrawal request has been registered. Returns are handled via our EU warehouse.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. The customer remains responsible for the item until it has been received by us.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in substantially unchanged condition. If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics, a deduction corresponding to any reduction in value may be made.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that the goods have been sent back.

7. Defective goods and complaints

If an item is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at support@gardisto.eu with your order number and photos of the issue.

Your statutory rights under consumer protection law remain unaffected by these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including trademarks, images, text, graphics and design, is owned by Gårdisto AB or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The content may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. Relationship with Shopify

Gårdisto uses Shopify to operate the Website and provide the Services.

However, all purchases and sales transactions occur directly between you and Gårdisto AB.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales transaction between you and Gårdisto AB.

10. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Prohibited use

You may not use the Website for unlawful purposes, distribute malicious code, conduct unauthorised scraping, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Website.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable mandatory law.
