Refund policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from Gårdisto. However, if for any reason you would like to return an item, we offer a simple and smooth return process as outlined below.

Return Conditions

• You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving the product.

• The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

• A fixed return fee of 49 SEK will be charged per return.

• The return fee will be automatically deducted from your refund amount.

Non-Refundable Products

• Products marked as "final sale" are non-refundable and are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, the purchase amount (minus the return fee) will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
