Shipping policy
Free, tracked shipping within Europe.
Orders are shipped from our EU warehouse in Ireland via DHL and An Post to Ireland.
Norway orders ship with VOEC registration. No extra import charges upon delivery.

- All EU countries
- Norway
We reserve the right to update our delivery regions when necessary.
Order processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after the order has been confirmed.
During product launches, campaigns, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery time
Delivery time is calculated from the moment you receive your shipping confirmation.
Ireland: 1–3 business days
Sweden: 2–5 business days
Other EU countries: 2–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:
- Public holidays
- Carrier handling times
- Customs procedures (where applicable)
- Circumstances outside our control
Delivery method
All orders are shipped as tracked parcels through our logistics partners from our European warehouse in Ireland.
Delivery is typically made to the nearest collection point based on the delivery address provided.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow the delivery.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping to all supported delivery countries.
Transfer of risk
The risk of the goods passes to you once the goods have been physically received by you or a person appointed by you.
If delivery is made to a collection point, the goods are considered delivered once they have been collected.
Unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct a fee corresponding to the actual return shipping and handling costs.
This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
