Returns within 30 days

You can request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. There are two parts to this period:

• Days 1–14: your statutory right of withdrawal. You do not need to give a reason.
• Days 15–30: Gårdisto's voluntary return offer, subject to the conditions below.

Sale items have the same statutory rights. The voluntary offer does not limit your rights concerning faulty goods.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

The period starts on the day after you, or someone you designate, receives the goods. If items from one order arrive separately, it starts on the day after the last item is received.

You may also withdraw before delivery. Tell us within the 14-day period that you wish to withdraw. Send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice.

How to tell us

1. Open your orders and sign in with the email address used for the order and a one-time code.
2. Open the order to request a cancellation or return. You can also email support@gardisto.eu with your order number and the items you wish to return.
3. Follow the return instructions. For statutory withdrawal, you do not need our approval or have to wait for a reply before sending the goods.

You will receive an email confirmation when your notice has been received. If it does not arrive, contact us at support@gardisto.eu.

Trying on and returning the item

During the first 14 days: you may examine and try on the item as you would in a shop. Original packaging is not required. We may deduct only the actual loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to examine the item.

For a voluntary return during days 15–30:

• The item must be unused apart from a careful try-on, unwashed, clean, undamaged and unaltered.
• The original tags must remain attached, and you must have proof of purchase.
• Please include the original packaging where possible.

Return shipping and faulty items

You arrange and pay for ordinary return shipping. We do not charge a fixed return fee. We recommend a tracked service.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, contact us before returning it. For a valid complaint, Gårdisto pays the necessary return-shipping cost. Your statutory rights concerning faulty goods remain unchanged.

Refunds for statutory withdrawal

• We refund the amount covered by your withdrawal to the same payment method, without a fee.
• If you withdraw from the entire purchase, we also refund any cost you paid for our least expensive standard delivery option. Extra costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.
• We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after your notice. We may wait until we receive the goods or proof that you have sent them back.

Refunds for voluntary returns, days 15–30

If the return meets the conditions above, we normally refund the item within 5–10 business days after receiving and inspecting it. The original delivery cost is not refunded unless the law requires it.

Return address

Tell us about the return before sending it so we can register it and provide instructions. Statutory withdrawal does not require a reply or approval.
